Once upon a time there was the smarty-pants photographer scratching her frizzy head at this: "If they say a picture is worth a thousand words and I post a slideshow, then why the heck do I have to blog?" Well, here's why: 1) there is more to Lacy Kell Camp than a fancy camera 2) blogging is cheaper than therapy and c) blogging is cheaper than therapy!!!
SO, the more is this:
-Blogging scares me, it's so intimidating, I do much better in person! I dare you to meet me to find out! Go ahead, let's book that shoot right now!
-When I grow up I wanna be an actress...not a famous one...just someone who gets to play dress up and tell stories as other people EVERY SINGLE DAY! (Okay, so making a few bucks at it would be nice, seeing as how I should pay my parents back for that acting degree!)
-I am a teacher even though I swore I would never grow up to be like my Mama. But what do ya know? I am so just like her and now she's my hero...she is seriously. And by seriously, I mean, "Seriously, why not say it? Deep down I know she's the only one reading this!"
-My favorite photo shoots are the ones I get to take my partner (aka Clark, husband, gopher, babies-daddy, dd, and then some depending on the day) on. He is tall, bald and handsome and he completes me. For real, he even cooks for me and is often spotted with a vacuum...shirtless.
-I have 2 little girls whose pictures pop up under sassy and spicy on websters.com
-So I said there was more, but I didn't say there was a lot more! Wait, there's one more: I thank God daily for my little list of mores.

I can't believe this was a high school performance! The technical aspects as well as the acting, singing and dancing was top notch! Congrats on a wonderful performance, Huskies!

why i love teaching
i try to remind my students to never let school get in the way of their education. i think that's why they like me. Here's a few enjoying the school dance. woot! woot! 
Omnisolv-the anti-cubicle
I had blast last week with an office shoot. I was expecting cubicles and tie straightening, but these yahoos wanted action shots! It was right down my alley. We shared some sweet moves from kid n play to thriller. Next time I will have a soundtrack in the background. Seriously, does this look like work? The friendly atmosphere and the uninhibited subjects made for a fun day!
